We had a good experience with Abanista, we bought most of our electronics for the kitchen / laundry from them. When we noticed a small dent on one item upon delivery, they promptly arranged for a replacement. They also helped with organising the installation process which was very helpful.

Extremely professional, flexible and convenient online service. The stock on their website is warehoused in Uganda which I saw in person before ordering (see pics). They delivered and installed in Jinja from Kampala. Their customer service and management staff were polite and fast acting (not usual in Uganda). Let’s see how their 2 year warrantee works. I would highly recommend them.

The Machine delivered was fine except the small damage on the left hand side, it was brought on time, fixed and tested with an hour of wash. Bernard gave us the best of customer care together with your technician on phone and stayed to see the wash to completion. I must admit it has been a plus considering you and definitely would consider buying more from Abanista. Would rate 5 star if it were not having that dent.
