Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery

We strive to deliver products purchased from Abanista in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Our shipping charges apply depending on the product shipping class and place of delivery. Please note that click & collect orders may not attract shipping charges.

Home Delivery

This option allows you to place your order online and make arrangements for the item to be delivered to your home and (in some cases) work address at a time & date that is convenient for you. However, dates & times are restricted to the marketplace times of work. A shipping charge will be levied for delivery of your purchase order.

In-store ‎Pickup (Local Pickup from store)

This option is also called Click & Collect. This service allows you to order items from and pick them up at your preferred local pickup store. To see if an item is eligible for Order Pickup, look for the local pickup option at checkout and choose your preferred store.

Free shipping vouchers

Abanista uses vouchers to offer free shipping. If you have a free shipping voucher, shipping charges will be waived off.

Shipment Tracking

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been placed. All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time! Alternatively, you can also login to and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status. You can also visit Track My Order section and enter both your email address and order number to know the status of your order.

Gift Wrapping Service

The gift wrapping service enables you to place a gift order for someone. Certain gift-wrap charges may apply. To ensure that the recipient doesn’t pay for their own gift, we advise that for a gift wrapped order, payment would have to be made before delivery. If you want to have each product packed separately, we recommend that you place an order for each product individually.
