A laptop isn’t just a computer – it’s your entertainment hub, social network, and workspace. Thinking of buying one? If you don’t know where to start, we can help you find the best laptop deal.

We’ve got a huge range of laptops to choose from, depending on what you’ll be using it for. Whether you’re looking for an entry-level laptop for web browsing and email, or need a more advanced model capable of tackling demanding tasks like video editing, you’ll find it here.

    Which laptop should I buy?

There are three main laptops to choose from; Windows laptops, MacBooks and Chromebook laptops. Each one comes with its own unique set of strengths and benefits.

Windows laptops, or simply laptops, offer you lots of choice and flexibility – they range from basic models ideal for everyday tasks like email and web browsing, to powerful models perfect for complex tasks and multi-tasking. We stock all the big brands of Windows laptops, including Dell, HP and Microsoft Surface laptops.

MacBook, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air are premium devices with plenty of power. Designers and artists love them, and the Mac operating system is so user-friendly that anyone will enjoy using them – from school kids to silver surfers.

Chromebooks are a new type of laptop. They’re built around going online, and are famously easy to use. Rather than downloading programs onto the laptop, Chromebooks give you access to Google Play, so you can choose from millions of Android apps.

If you’re a serious gamer, you should also take a look at our dedicated gaming laptops, built around helping you level up and smash those high scores. Or if you are undecided between a tablet and a laptop, why don’t you consider a 2-in-1 laptop?

How much laptop storage do I need?

Most high end laptops start with 256GB of storage space, which should be enough for web-browsing and watching movies. If you’ll be storing large work or video files, you’ll be better off going for 512GB or 1TB storage. Don’t worry too much if you find yourself needing more memory – you can easily buy some extra laptop memory to give you more breathing space.
