We accept cash on delivery, mobile money, and card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB). If you choose to pay by card on delivery, please notify the delivery agent to bring a card machine.

Please note: Pay on Delivery services are available only in Kampala, Wakiso, and Mukono districts. For upcountry packages, payment must be completed before delivery can proceed.

Products labeled with Receipts are issued a receipt upon purchase. Additionally, products labeled with Receipts can be upgraded to an EFRIS invoice with an additional VAT charge of 18%.

• Same-Day Delivery: For orders placed before 4 PM, we offer same-day delivery in the Kampala, Wakiso, and Mukono districts.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 4 PM in Kampala, Wakiso, and Mukono districts will be delivered the following day.
• Upcountry Deliveries: Packages to other districts are dispatched on the same day and will arrive the following day.

Please Note:

• Our delivery times may vary slightly based on unforeseen circumstances or local conditions.
• Orders placed on Sunday may be processed on the following Monday, and those placed on public holidays may be processed on the following day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
