Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy applies for domestic orders only.

  1. Returns

    Some products sold by Abanista qualify for free exchange or replacement within 7 days from the date your order ships.
    The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

  2. Eligibility

    Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    Your item must be in the original packaging.
    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Refunds

    If your return is approved, a refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pickup will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
    Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a fee which will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Exceptions

    Some products do not qualify for a return because of their nature and the different policies or requirements associated with them.

  5. Terms

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 7 days from the date your order ships.

  6. Undeliverable and refused packages

    If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.

  7. Change of Mind Returns

    “Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts. We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:

    Return within 7 days
    Return with proof of purchase
    Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
    Item is not listed as an excluded item in this return policy.

  8. Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Please note that we do not refund any freight or shipping charges.
