Multiple Mute Methods
Choose how you want to mute. You can lift the mic-side earcup away from your ear, raise the mic boom, or if you prefer the more traditional way, press the mute button on the mic-side earcup.

A: The dongle offers better compatibility with computers. It ensures low latency and better call quality in video conferences. The Bluetooth dongle is also required for the recording function.
Q: Are there any tips for using the Bluetooth dongle on a computer?
A: When the Bluetooth dongle is plugged into a Macbook or Windows computer for the first time, please select “Anker Soundsync” in the sound input/output in the device. Go to System Preferences > Sound > Input/Output > Select “Anker Soundsync”. Make sure to select “Anker Soundsync” as the audio input and output device for your conferencing software and computer.
Q: Does PowerConf H700 work with Microsoft Teams/Zoom?
A: Only PowerConf H700’s audio will work during meetings and calls in Microsoft Teams/Zoom.

A: Anker PowerConf H700: 1000 minutes of meeting recording transcription are included and are valid for 2 months from activation. Further use requires an additional fee.
